Thank you for shopping at Guardsphere. We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases of AVG Antivirus products. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return and refund. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
  • The AVG license key must not have been activated.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, email confirmation) must be provided.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Activated license keys.
  • Products purchased outside of guardsphere.store.
  • Purchases beyond the 30-day return window.

4. How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund process:

  • Contact us at support@guardsphere.com with your order details.
  • Include your full name, order number, reason for the return, and confirmation that the license has not been activated.
  • Our support team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days.

5. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days of approval:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@guardsphere.com.
